First things FIRST...let me say that I absolutely LOVE what I do because I get to be a small part of the journey for so many amazing individuals and families through my work. Mental Health counseling is both challenging and rewarding, and YOU will get out of it what YOU choose to put into it. That being said, every session is a fantastically unique experience, so if you are looking for cookie cutter services I’m not the one for you. My training has confirmed that the best way to help is to be a helper. I bring expertise and knowledge on content, and a comfy and engaging environment; but YOU bring the superpower that is YOU! We will talk about the quirky and queasy aspects of life. We will explore how you see yourself  and what you want out of this world. I will champion and challenge you throughout the course of our work. You will not be the same, but that's what you came for!
